With more than 15 years of international experience, Ángel has led high-performing teams across Mexico, the United States, and India. Most recently, he headed Quality Engineering operations for the Healthcare & Life Sciences business unit of a global consulting firm. His career includes leadership roles such as QA Manager, QA Pre-Sales Lead, and QA Architect, with extensive experience across the financial services, insurance, and aerospace industries.
In his new role, Ángel will lead Baufest’s strategy to embed quality engineering throughout every stage of the digital product lifecycle, accelerating the adoption of AI to anticipate and detect defects, optimize development processes, and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions more efficiently.
